WILL COLTON/ILL WILL
After witnessing the death of his mother during a home invasion, Will Colton decided that he was going to become a police officer in the Crosstown Police Department, like his father.
Will's father was a police chief and an honest cop, who Will often idolized. However, the chief forbade the idea of Will joining the department, because of the corruption that resides within. Against his father's advice, Will enrolled himself at the police academy and along the way, he had turned out to be one of the most exceptional among the cadets. After graduating at the top of the class from the academy, Will was suddenly kidnapped by Santana and his gang of Death Walkers, along with his father. Bound and outnumbered, Will was forced to watch as Santana murdered his father with a grenade. During his time in captivity, Will learns that Santana owns half the cops at his father's department. For two weeks during captivity, Will was subjected to torture and abuse until one day, he was forced to kill in order to escape. After escaping captivity, Will returned home and discovered that his father had secretly stored a collection of guns and gadgets. Will found out that the cops who are on the wrong side of the law had been selling weapons to criminals and gang lords on the black market. With all the equipment at his disposal, Will has set out to avenge his father's honor, fighting crime on both sides of the law as the infamous vigilante who goes by the name of… ILL WILL. |
SANTANA
After enrolling himself in the US military, Santana has joined a special ops unit created by OLYMPIA, a privatized weapons manufacturer and superpower for hire.
After the company customized a chemical weapon that could bring about the death and destruction of enemy soldiers, Santana was assigned to a secret suicide mission in the east by one of OLYMPIA’s private officers. After the assignment went sideways, Santana was mortally wounded from the effects of the chemical, causing him to have a near-death experience. Retrieved and sent to the US embassy where he could recuperate, Santana’s near-death experience drove him insane. Santana came to believe that human nature had been the world's greatest threat for centuries and that the only way for the world to find peace is to obliterate humanity from its life cycle permanently. After escaping the hospital room, Santana had gotten his hands on almost every chemical weapon and blueprint before the US army could discover that he had gone AWOL. The military chased Santana down until they cornered him at the cliffs in Athens, Greece. As he resisted arrest, the soldiers shot Santana, causing him to fall off the cliffs. A few moments later, Santana's body was never recovered and was presumed dead. Three years later, Santana swam back to the United States with no chemical weapons, except for what's left of OLYMPIA's blueprints and formulas. After months of learning, Santana has managed to create his chemical weapons as he intended to use them against those who would dare threaten him. Then, Santana recruited an army of runaways, outcasts, and homeless and trained them to become his army of Death Walkers, inflicting fear, disdain, and death to those who would dare challenge them. |
